The Village Hall is decorated to a high standard and is licensed for a maximum of 120 persons. The Hall comprises

• A Main Hall (16.3m x 9.9m) including a fixed stage area and with a timber sprung floor
• A Small Hall (5.5m x 8.2m) with bi-folding doors opening out to the adjoining kitchen

There is a kitchen available for use by those hiring the hall and separate male, female and
disabled cloakrooms accessible via the Main Hall. (If hiring the Main Hall when the
Small Hall is already booked, please be aware that users of the Small Hall will require access
via the Main Hall to the cloakrooms and the lift for the disabled).

There are 100 folding padded chairs and 16 folding tables which can be made available for the use of hirers. Hirers are responsible for setting up and putting these away and the chairs are retained in trolleys for ease of moving them.

The kitchen includes a double oven /hob, fridge, microwave and kettle. Please note it does not include crockery or cutlery.

12 parking spaces are available directly outside the Hall, with further spaces available in the adjacent public ‘free’ parking area.

The Hall is fully DDA complaint and includes a lift for the sole use of the disabled, designated disabled parking and ramps to door entrances.

Emergency lighting, first aid and fire detection systems have been installed throughout the building – please see Safety Information under the Enquiries and Hire section of this website.

We hold a Performing Rights Society Music Licence (Community Building) this covers live and pre-recorded music in all formats. Please note that we do not have a PA system available for hire but you are welcome to bring your own. In consideration of our neighbours a noise limiting system has been installed in the Main Hall.

We do not hold a liquor licence, but hirers can apply for a licence for their event. You must ensure that you inform us when making the booking if you intend to apply for a licence. Further details are available at https://www.gov.uk/temporary-events-notice/windsor-and-maidenhead
